I like seeing some of the servers on here that said their menus and signs say if your dish is prepared correctly it will not be taken off the bill. It should be standard everywhere.

I want to play devils advocate for the customer here. If you get something cinnamon-y at Starbucks they use that brown sugar cinnamon syrup, whereas at smaller stores they tend to use cinnamon powder. If you were thinking it would be overly sweet with syrup but got the powder that would be really different.

Like almost all Holiday Drinks have some type of “spice” to them. Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Star Anise all have a very apparent flavor forward profile! Like WHAT?!!!

I really don't often side with customers BUT! She ordered something she never had before and didn't like it. I'd say thats a fair reason to remake it.

People don’t realize cinnamon is a spice. They think it’s supposed to be sweet because most things that they eat or drink with cinnamon is overpoweringly sweet and the cinnamon flavor is non existent
