I struggle to brush my teeth they just bleed all the time so it’s like a vicious cycle, my dentist gave me extra strong toothpaste with fluoride in that can only get on prescription to help slow down the rate of my teeth getting decayed,

I floss and it takes me about 7 minutes

It takes me forever to floss because I have to use super floss on my front teeth that’s a bridge, then traditional floss. I also use a water pik every time too.
