The more I’m around bad mold, the more this happens to me. Mold makes MCAS triggers a problem for me.

This happens to me right before I have a vestibular migraine. Mine is typically one sided and the “flush” is actually hives. Keep track of your symptoms, what you’re doing when they flair, your emotions, what you’ve eaten, etc. Keep advocating for yourself and hope you feel better!
