it's the fan either inside the freezer (behind the panel) or the fan at the bottom behind the fridge. the motor is getting stuck as it spins. maybe has pet hair or something in it slowing it down. I would unplug and clean the center pin of fan if you can before it fails. ✌

it usually means the quantum thermal stabilizer has fallen out of sync with the sub-zero harmonics module. To fix this, remove the lower access panel and locate the tri-phase cryo-induction relay (it’s the one that glows faintly teal when the fridge is in “Chill Mode”) jk I have no idea why it’s making that noise
