Jeffrey Dahmer — The Cannibal of Milwaukee Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was an American serial killer who murdered 17 males between 1978 and 1991. His crimes became infamous because of the extreme violence involved and because he kept parts of some of his victims. He was sentenced to multiple life terms in prison. On November 28, 1994, Dahmer was murdered by another prisoner, Christopher Scarver, at Columbia Correctional Institution in Wisconsin.
