Such a hard thing to deal with. It runs in my family and my daughter has it now on her scalp. Stress is a massive factor and with everything on TikTok you are constantly in the spotlight which can definitely trigger it.

i work at a derm office and the dr i work for always recommends Dermarest psoriasis shampoo & conditioner. definitely try that if you haven’t yet at least for the scalp! i hope you can get back on the biologic. we fight with the pharmacies and insurances all the time to try and get patients their meds and they make it ridiculous. so frustrating 😩😩

I had this happen once to me and once to my son where we were covered in psoriasis spots on our whole body and it was triggered by having strep throat. We did months of creams and phototherapy to clear it up completely
