@halicue: #stitch with @fafa Somebody tell #inagarten that I WILL MAKE her brownie pudding recipe. This is starting to feel like harassment! I submit to Saint Ina and her Ministry of butter, sugar and salt! #browniepudding

Dr. Whitney :
I made it on Sunday to have something sweet to nibble on during the week. It was gone the same night. I have no regrets.

I'm an Ina Garten fan for years. You're right that she never steers you wrong. And the way her husband genuinely tears up that food is a great endorsement, lol. I'm sure yours will be good, too!

As a therapist and a mom, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the next thing..cleaning, errands, meals, naps, bedtime. 5 things I want every mom to remember to do before she looks back and wishes she had slowed down more: ✨Pause and take a mental screenshot Take a breath. Look at their face and close ur eyes 📸take a mental screenshot and Remind yourself: I will never have this exact moment with this exact little person again. Their laugh, their rolls, the dimples in their hands.. ✨Get on the floor and follow their lead. You don’t always have to teach or direct..sometimes connection happens when you simply enter their world. ✨Slow down during the ordinary moments. Feeding, bathing, changing, getting dressed..these “mundane” moments are where so much attachment is built. ✨ Talk to them, even when they can’t talk back. Tell them what you’re doing, narrate their day, sing to them. Your voice becomes familiar and regulating. ✨Let them set the pace. Not every moment needs to be productive, structured, or rushed. Sometimes your baby just needs you to be present. ✨ Take notice of who they are right now. Not who they’re becoming. Not the milestone you’re waiting for. Just this version of them. You won’t remember every day, but your brain can hold onto these small moments when you intentionally pause and savor them. Those mental snapshots become emotional memories you can return to long after this season has passed. #MomsofTikTok #mommentalhealth #MentalHealthAwareness #postpartum
