I’ve been flying with this luggage for nearly 10 years mostly on united and never had an issue. The only time it’s been an issue is when it’s one of their small 2x2 planes and it won’t fit in the overheard and gets gate checked

I'm flying internationally from Pittsburgh to Manila, I have my checked bag but I also have a carry-on, I'm getting mixed answers about the carry-on policy, does United Airlines allow a full size carry-on for international travels across the Pacific or will I have to pay extra?
