Run it, nice lady. You can create company without a problem. You can even share the means of production in this company with people working "for" you. Every communist/socialist minded person can. Its extremelly easy to set up and its not prohibited by any law. Fun part is that you get realtime feedback, company like that should kick everyones ass on free market.
