Cover again and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top. Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Save this recipe for late
