this scene is so accurate for ptsd, ive been diagnosed for over a year now and it perfectly encapsulates the moment ur stuck in a traumatic memory and how hard it is to get out, you literally re-live the memory, physically you aren't there but mentally you are and u react fully, ive had these episodes in public and its embarrassing, I only get panic attacks during rlly bad episodes but I had them commonly last year, ptsd is no joke and I love tlou representation of it w Ellie

I’m not diagnosed with anything but I genuinely get this too. I’ve only just told anyone about the years of stuff today and I feel so drained by how much I let out and it wasn’t even all of it
