are there no "healthy" gf restaurants? I've never gone to China but I've been to Japan and Korea and they had a few of those around, "healthy" restaurants with gf and vegan options

Just eat meat, rice, and vegetables! Do hotpot’s so you can cook the food in front of yourself and control the ingredients

My daughter has a peanut allergy - contact reactive - so basically all of Asia feels like it’s has to be off our travel list. We don’t live near anywhere that does desensitization like OIT either. 🥺

I'm Gluten Free as well ( serious wheat allergy) Eating gluten free in the west is hard enough. I wonder if wheat (or proteins in the wheat) is different in China 🤔 I would love to visit someday

I’m allergic to 大麦 so everyone assumes I’m allergic to all 麦 avoiding 大麦 is easy but if you’re allergic to all 麦 idk you can’t eat anything 😅
