Malcom is like: yeah yesterday she told us she wasn’t going to sign anything as a condition of taking delivery … I feel like he sees the insanity going on here but doesn’t want to make his boss mad? Yes, it’s normal to essentially sign a receipt when you take delivery of something, but that receipt can’t say: “and I promise not to speak on the quality of the work or share my perspective” - which is what they want her to do by signing the NDA.
