Tbf in the uk there is a particular subculture amongst trade workers that I as a woman don’t feel comfortable about. I’m sure it’s getting better, but that’s also probably why

Bahahah I am married to a tradesman and this is so true. Out the house at 6.30 to be on site ! And the trousers - what the hell all the coins and random bits of debris ! Hilarious . But great guys with good values and a great work ethic generally in my experience of mine plus friends

My husband has a white collar career, but his uncle taught him all about carpentry when he was a teenager! Best of both worlds as he WFH so does the nursery runs 🥰
