its super cute but they need an area to get completely out of the water or their shells will rot, also you NEED to separate them, even if they've been together for years and seem like best friends, you could wake up one day and see one has killed the other, its very sad but happens a LOT

Cool start like what you did with the basking area but it’s best that you separate them because turtles are solitary and your going to need to upgrade in the future because RES require 120 gallons minimum as adults

everything looks good but i think you should just remove some water and add like a floating rock where the turtle can dry off its shell and allow it to grow! here’s mine (this is old, i removed the pebbles and added more water) this was only because my turtle was abused and lived in a bowl
