I dont think arresting him for being on campus is reasonable... its one thing if yes you spoke to him before, its another that he lied about details but just being on campus with his friends that doesn't make any sense... we aren't told upon graduating that we can't come back to our school to be with friends... this should be discussed with all students upon graduation week to let people know... I can understand if its disruptive and such... I was 21 for a few weeks when I graduated high-school and as a former foster kid I never got told I couldn't visit with students and teachers following my graduation as long as I was not disrupting school or business... maybe its because I was a huge community service advocate and worked with various teachers with special needs throughout my last year but PD just keep in mind not everyone gets informed about the laws... I couldn't imagine being arrested solely for showing up and saying hello to my friends and teachers after geaduating.
