@dailyrepsguy: 106 days of seeing if I can get jacked in under 20 minutes a day. At home workouts with simple bodyweight training, a kettlebell, and minimal equipment. I have a friend who hasn’t set foot in the gym but has gotten pretty ripped. Only has 2 sets of weights and hits it every morning. Might have to just try this method
