@whosagoodlizard: Now, since we all needed a palate cleanser after watching the Samson video… please enjoy everyone’s favorite episode of Betty vs. My Salad. 🥗🦎 Before anyone worries, yes, Betty had her bugs before I sat down with my lunch, and if you keep watching you’ll see she absolutely gets her own salad. As much as I’d love to share mine with her, there are ingredients in human salads that aren’t safe for bearded dragons, so we do separate bowls in this house. Betty is very well fed (as you can clearly see 😅), and if you’re looking to jazz up your dragon’s greens, try adding vet-prescribed liquid calcium during gravid season, Repashy, Fern’s Reptile Toppers, bee pollen, or Pollen Power. A little sprinkle goes a long way to make their salads exciting and enrichment-friendly. Anyway… please enjoy Queen Betty helping herself to what she thinks is hers.
