i’m loving the braid for this one, but no i don’t believe they knew, they simply wanted a clearer pool of water to see themselves in, if only they knew the years of what mirrors damage would do. Ballet, magic and perfectionism, ghosts and memories and other worlds. But not always in a good way /:

Я считала себя уродиной,потому что моя сестра меня так постоянно обзывала и я не могла смотреть на себя в зеркало и плакала каждый день пока в один прекрасный день,ко мне не подошли на улице и предложили учиться в модельном агентстве, мне сказали что у меня модельная внешность ,вот тогда то я и поняла что я не гадкий утенок,а красивый лебедь 🦢 Иногда мы думаем о себе плохо потому что нам это навязывают и когда негатив идет от родных это больнее в двойне .

Its seriously so upsetting how women put so much pressure on themselves for looks. Like we can do so many amazing things in this world and yet there is so much time wasted caring about our appearance. We are conditioned to hate ourselves from such a young age its so depressing 😭
