That’s Lot of work, welding it would’ve been a lot faster, and with the right welder probably stronger.

This seems like a lot of hassle when you could get an lsd to go in it, you’ve got the diff out anyway so why not just change it completely the spider gears are now useless as an open diff

I had the same problem in my 08 challenger. I just did a full getrag swap. diff, axles wheel bearing, and drive shaft. went from 3.09 to 3.91 gear ratio. one of the best things I did to that car.
