@ruthynutty: MUST TRY!! Hands down my top fav meal in HCM. Maybe because I waited for some time so I was hungry, or maybe because it was unexpectedly good it blew my mind. Maybe because its the first time I’m trying this dish or maybe because I love udon and the noodles are like a chewy special udon! The seafood taste is so fragrant in the broth and everything was very fresh! You have to try the squid - it’s super soft and chewy (unlike other tough ones) so you know its extremely fresh!
