if he is O negative then he can be a donor but he has to have someone with his exact blood type

B+, i went to a bloodletting event at my university fully knowing i'm not allowed to donate blood (underweight, not enough sleep, recent piercings) and i just told the nurse "well can i at least find out what my blood type is?"

Girl there’s no such thing as universal donor and receiver. 😅 Only universal donor (O-, that’s what I have) or universal receiver (AB+)
