What about 2.0tfsi AFR going from 12.8 - 17.2 when in traffic / idle but 14.7 when driving (ish)

ole hope you good having a problem with my 2.0l fsi BLY engine it mixing oil and water on cylinder head not on the water bottle got a new cylinder new oil cooler new oil filter housing , now i'm thinking of getting another block what could be the problem

Also yes 20vt doesn't have egt sensor it takes the valve from the o2 sensor so you have a faulty o2
