Smart! And I want to offer a Fridge tip! Put a paper towel in with the bag and the paper towel absorbs the water and your spinach (any lettuce) lasts longer.

i do this with my spinach too! if i cant finish the bag before it goes bad i just throw it in the freezer and use it for future soups, rices or smoothies!

thank you!!! im trying to find more veggies to freeze before they go bad. i learned on here a creator freezes her tomatoes and jalapenos and stuff to make salsa, boils in hot water and blends in a blender. havent tried it yet
