Brazilian School Food 🇧🇷🍽️ Balanced, budget-friendly plates inspired by Brazil’s beloved school lunch program—simple, tasty, and nourishing for all ages. Breakfast 🌞 Cuscuz Nordestino com Queijo (School Morning Classic) Ingredients: flocão de milho (pre-cooked cornmeal flakes), water, pinch of salt, butter, queijo coalho or mozzarella Instructions: Mix flocão with salted water; rest 5 min. Steam in a cuscuz steamer (or a mesh sieve over simmering water covered) 5–8 min until set. Fluff with butter and fold in cheese to melt. Boil sweet potatoes until tender; mash with olive oil and salt. Make vinagrete by tossing tomato, red onion, parsley, vinegar, a little olive oil, salt. Serve fish with mash, spoon vinagrete over the top.
