These individuals intermarried with the local elite, meaning the royal court and the aristocracy certainly incorporated Chinese lineage, but this was a cultural and political elite migration, not a direct imperial line. So, while the Ryukyu people have a clear genetic and profound cultural connection to China, the specific link to "imperial DNA" is highly unlikely to be demonstrable or significant outside of some historical court and aristocratic families.
