@bikinibitesbyk: Christmas Sprinkle Sugar Cookies🎄🍪INGREDIENTS • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp) • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar • 1 large egg • 1 large egg yolk • 1 Tbsp whole milk • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder • 3/4 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 cup sprinkles • granulated sugar (for rolling) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°F & Line baking sheets with parchment. 2. Cream butter and sugar: Beat butter + sugar 2–3 min until light & fluffy. 3. Add wet ingredients: Mix in egg, egg yolk, milk, vanilla extract. 4. Add dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda. Add to wet on low speed until a soft dough forms. 5. Add sprinkles: Fold until evenly combined. 6. Scoop & Roll: Scoop 2 Tbsp dough per cookie. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart. Freeze dough 30 min before baking. 7.
