Am glowing up. The detaching phase is crazy. I chose silence,they always have me bare minimum. detoxing from the Oxytocin and dopamine is crazy. I feel like reaching out but I won't trade my peace for a day of pleasure then I cry for weeks. I think they won't come back, it's haunting me but if they don't, that's okay. I choose me.

Still live with my husband that expressed he isn’t “in love” with me anymore. We have fought non stop for 3 months, live in separate bedrooms and are in the process of selling our house all while “trying” to fall in love again. It’s so hard because every interaction tells me he is done and not wanting to try and it’s so hard because we’ve been through so much in 17 years together and are now empty nesters with the world in front of us. Yes, the glow up is going on full force yet I can’t get even a compliment from him. I do think no contact is the right way to go but we can’t really afford it. Not sure what to do other than being stuck in this fight or flight mode of anxiety all of the time. How would others handle this situation? Yes, I’m still in love with him and I know we can get it all back plus some just don’t know what to do!
