@thinkingcanine: This poor farmer lost a lot of his sheep to an aggressive dog. So often trainers have loose dangerous dogs wearing e-collars around other people’s pets and children. So often they state that e-collars will solve the problem of aggressive dogs, especially those that hunt livestock and other pets. This farmer had 8000 volts running through livestock netting and that didn’t stop an aggressive dog.
