You lovely lady are a beautiful soul. I can tell that immediately. Time to stop and regroup now though. Nobody can sustain 120 hours a week. No wonder you are crying. I’m so sorry you’ve been put into this situation with your living arrangements and yes the world is pretty f’d right now. As much as you don’t want to, you do likely need to go back to the nest for now. It doesn’t have to be forever and it won’t be. You are still very young and new opportunities to become independent will come up when the time is right. You cannot carry the world on your shoulders. Take it from me- I am still learning that. My life has periodically been a dumpster fire and is again currently. You have probably gathered I’m an old tart compared to you but even now the universe has sought to tear everything I built and who I thought I was to bits. The bitch that she is. I have to trust though that it is to allow better things in. It’s not easy or fair I’m afraid but cling on to hope and possibly. Also yes you can absolutely increase your prices somewhat, you’re entitled to a bit more for your efforts. 😘

sending solidarity. I moved regional, away from all my fam and friends, just to be able to afford rent and care for my kids as a sole parent. housing is supposed to be a human right not a retirement plan for boomers and an investment portfolio for the wealthy.
