I just had mine done about a month ago. There’s absolutely no pain at all. You don’t even know what’s going on since you’ve been sedated a little bit. It’s a very relaxing time though.

to anyone that is worried about this, it doesn't hurt at all, takes 10 minutes. first day is a little uncomfortable because feels like there s hair in your eye, 24 hours later. crystal clear. what these Drs do is nothing short of a miracle

your not asleep i had it done on both eyes at different times.it was quick about 15-20 mins it does not hurt i never felt anything

I would say it feels like looking through a kaleidoscope. Mine was pain free.

I was fearful of the procedure, but it went fine. I got a mild sedative and some gop on my eye. The gop really mellowed out my eye. I don't even remember much of the procedure. I was given prescription lenses for my near-sightedness and I see great at distances. I need reading glasses for close up. No post-op problems.

I had a cataract operation on my right eye. I got ptosis on my eyelid. The clamp created damage to my eyelid. No one told me the risk. I had to have a operation to repair my eyelid. I am now having my left eye done after 4 years, dreading it as it could happen again to my left eyelid.

I just had cataract surgery on left eye Dec 4 & right eye Dec 5 follow up visit Dec 6. Appt Jan 5 for another follow up. I never felt anything during surgery!

No pain from surgery but had halos and extreme bright light sensitivity for two years. Have to wear reading glasses and glasses for driving. Do not expect perfect vision !

Just cause :
After surgery - my left eye is not nearly as clear as my right eye. Three week ga between surgeries. Hope it gets better.
