this is a byproduct of title VI D. the states are paid a kickback for every dollar collected and its the primary reason that even if you go for 50/50 with the other party the state will want to dig into your financial records to figure out who should be sending money to the other party that way the 3rd party I.E. the state can get a cut of your money from your marriage ending. this is also why we are seeing a huge uptick in fathers backing out of signing birth certificates as well as avoiding marriage entirely and its resulted in a huge uptick in single mother households. this entire issue between men and women is largely due to a wedge being driven between us by the policies of the states and federal government.
