A MALE OFFICER IS LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO A PAT DOWN WITH THE BACK OF HIS HAND ON THE OUTSIDE OF A FEMALES CLOTHING (obviously)

It wasn’t the headlight being out that got her in this situation. It was the smell of marijuana followed by refusing to follow lawful commands. And if the officers could smell it outside the car I know dam well they both knew it was in the car, no matter who it belonged to. 🙄
