In Portugal, which is one hour difference, we can wait until 9 pm and call the United States for free from our landline (which we get as part of our cable tv/internet/cell package). The time difference is pretty perfect, except if you want to watch the Super Bowl or the Oscars. 😄🤪

I totally agree. I fly out of the DC area to Europe and it’s totally possible to do a long weekend in Europe.
