WTF kinda world is this where someone is only held 50% liable for shooting and killing someone? Whether intentional or not doesn’t really matter in this case being it’s already 100% reckless and dangerous to fire a gun blindly in any direction just to vent frustration. That in itself should be jail time even if no one was hit simply for what that can and did result in. Absolutely shameful. Dude should be behind bars
