the sweater weather people are referring to is probably the weather up in the mountains. temp is like 15deg, the winds makes it feel like 5-10deg, i shivered atw at my homestay up there haha

Yes! We're currently in Chiang Mai. We brought hoodies, expecting it to be cold. LOL! It's hot in the morning. Cooler in the evening, but no need for a sweater.
