What if so many call out daily and because your a shift manager your told to do 5-7 peoples jobs but not make anymore what does that fall under? And when you speak up they treat you like your the problem what can we do ? What if day shift doesn’t do anything and the main boss leaves it to your nightshift every night for months and you go through the chain of command and nothing is done what can we do ? What if people call out for being sick or just don’t show and never ask for doctors excuses or wrote up yet they tell you to do it and you do but nothing is ever done and it continues for months but yet you have to leave to care for your disabled son like taking them to the ER and the main boss tells you to bring back a doctor excuse and you do and ask them to put it in your file because of the information that’s on it and they don’t and just leave it where everyone can see it what can we do ?
