I feel like you are assuming people that are on Keto diets eat “dirty” meaning bad fats and red meats. But as you said there are a ton of healthy options. I technically am on a keto diet, but I look at it as just a very low carb diet and eat healthy. And as another comment mentioned, high LDL is not bad. LDL is what brings cholesterol to your cells for healthy function. It’s all about the TG/HDL ratio. But I know you’re simplifying it for the general public. Love your video’s - keep up the amazing work!

For me, lots of protein does raise my blood sugar as well as my LDL. I can keep a normal amount of fat and have high protein and the result is predictable.

LDL cholesterol is not bad. You have to have it in your body. What’s bad is a small particle LDL there’s a big difference if you keep your triglycerides in check then you don’t get the small sticky particles.
