im no longer a teenager but i get what you mean, like youre too old for parks, too young for pubs, hanging around someones house in a group can get boring, and school is basically a prison that you get to leave at the end of the day. theres nothing else for you guys to do anymore. being outside can be dangerous too, especially a group of teenage girls out at like 6pm during winter, its dark and anything can happen

Me and my sister (both teens) were waiting to be picked up once on a shop car park , we got told we had to go because we were making people "uncomfortable". I hate it.

Millennial here. We used to have the park. several parks.now those parks are either seen as too dangerous for anyone, seen as only for little kids and teenagers are pushed out, or are used for other things and there's so space for teens. We also had the library. Now it's been turned into some centre for something else and you can't just hang out there. We had the indoor markets, they've been closed. We had several coffee shops that let you hang out without buying anything, not anymore. We had after school clubs and activities, now they're behind a pay wall/not run anymore.
