you have to be online at the time it says to in the faq: 31 one days before the day you want to go at 6pm japan time. just be on when that is your time and you'll get tickets.

I went December 5th to the one in Osaka and they had seats available for their 12:45 seating. I do have to say though that the food was mid but the very pretty. Also was expensive compared to the rest of the food in Japan.

used them too! thank you! cant wait for my trip next month. Ive been waiting on the pokemon cafe website every night at 6pm local time and no luck. So i believe that fee is worth it
