I had a guy on a plane try to convince me about changing our pH to avoid cancer. He was adamant until I told him I was a lab tech and explained body pH. 😂 He didn’t talk to me the rest of the flight. 👍🏻

The sodium in baking soda is not really good for you, but it’s ok occasionally for acid reflux. 1/2tsp in a glass of water. The rest he said is all true.

Family members were telling me apple cider vinegar and avoiding all sugar will prevent cancer. Unfortunately one of them passed away earlier this year. From cancer. Which is stupidly sad.

yes! I went on an extreme diet years ago,no sugar at all and ended up sick. My GI doctor said never do that,body has to have some sugar.

But cancer cells do grow and divide rapidly requiring large amounts of energy. They consume way more glucose than normal cells. So cutting down especially added or processed sugar is beneficial.
