When my dogs throw up (thankfully very rarely) I spray perfume on a cloth facemask so I’m getting suffocated by that instead of smelling the mess

My partner is a vet. Put a drop of peppermint oil in a surgical mask it really helps if you’re sensitive to vomit smell. Also, there’s an amazing product called plaque off powder. It helps regulate the pH of their mouths which is one of the big contributors to dental problems later on.

in a house full of wood floors, my cat vomits on the bathmat, in the bed ON TOP of me while I'm asleep, in all her beds, on the bathmat, and IN MY SHOE. cats = vomit. Multiple cats = multiple vomits. All the time, for the rest of their lives.
