Hair growth is just slower in winter. Jan and Feb are worst. Summer it grows faster. I don’t understand the science but don’t worry if it’s a bit slower atm

May i suggest, taking smaller and then bigger pieces, and also you point the straightener straight down, like this ⬇️, and the curls will be much more straight🫶🏻

Love this!! If you play around with it again, try taking slightly bigger sections and curling only halfway leaving the ends straighter gives that relaxed wavy texture also sometimes the hairdryer helps to drop the waves a little instead of your fingers or a comb 🥰
