Translation) There is no power and no strength except with Allah, and there is no refuge from Allah except with Him. Benefits of This Duʿā’ Affirms total reliance on Allah – It reminds the heart that all strength, ability, and solutions come only from Him. Relief from distress and hardship – Frequently recited in moments of difficulty, anxiety, or helplessness. A treasure from Jannah – The first part is described by the Prophet ﷺ as a powerful spiritual treasure. Strengthens īmān (faith) – It removes pride and self-dependence, replacing them with humility and trust in Allah. Protection from despair – Declaring that there is no refuge except Allah fills the heart with hope and calm.
