I actually know someone who was GIVEN a honeymoon stitch without her consent after her husband made a JOKE to her Dr. he was literally joking. after she was allowed to resume activity it was not... comfortable for her anymore. so... there's that.

I was very young and nieve when I gave birth to my 1st child. My Ob/gyn said to my now ex-husband "want me to make it tighter? That was a big baby" Everyone had a good laugh. in the mean time I'm mortified still in stirrups

I used to work in Labor and delivery. We had a midwife that would answer that question with “just how small do you need me to make it?” Just to have the man stammer and get mad and embarrassed. I loved it. 😀😂

I would ask the nurse if I could please use her phone to make a call. I would then call my lawyer and ask for the divorce papers to be drawn up. I would then ask for a medical malpractice suit against the doctor. A two for one phone call.

I had that done by my female OB during the delivery of my first child, didn’t ask me…just told my husband don’t worry I am doing you a favor…..I was mortified and disgusted but it was being done before I even realized what she’d said.

My ex husband asked my OB/GYN this after I had my my second and final child with him! We got divorced years later and I remarried a wonderful man and we had three more children together. When I went in for my first pregnancy we had together, my doctor didn’t seem surprised in the least that I divorced my ex! 😂

The Dr gave me an episiotomy with my second child. When my husband asked why because I didn’t need it the first time. His reply was “you will thank me later” from then on I never had a male Dr.

worst thing that was ever done to me!!! I now have scar tissue and I don't stretch. I had to use numbing cream for a fu$%^ing year! 2nd child, 3rd and 4th kids had to have a diagonal incision to accommodate giant headed babies.
