At our local BIG shows lol Perry fairgrounds some people have no respect and be there in there phone for an hour sit there in line waiting. They took away the round pen because people were leaving them there for hours

20-30 minutes which is about the same time people used the roundpens / turnouts for lunging is reasonable. The one show we have turnouts they require you to stay with your horse the whole time

See I don’t understand this, when I go to jumper shows you have to pay for turnout in advance and then that’s like your paddock for the whole time. No one else is allowed to use it but you paid for it and there’s other paddocks other people can pay for

This happened at the AQHA open/amateur world show. The turnouts are also the round pen for lunging. I think during show hours the round pens should be designated for lunging only. If they aren’t being used then fine turn one out but if someone is looking to lunge remove yourself to allow that person to lunge

The turnout roundpen a at the BBR suck! They leave them in there unattended forever. I have to get up in the middle of the night and drive from hotel for turnout there. I didn’t even get one this year.
