Oil is not a heat protector obv your hair is stunning but still any oil is going to burn your hair like someone said it’s like cooking food in oil I used the amika blowing spray and it’s a great heat protectant especially if your curling at 400 I’m actually shocked your hair is as healthy looking as it is

okay wait this is random but hair oil is NOT heat protection. let me explain why, so think of cooking stuff in oil and how fast it cooks it, ya thats with your hair. so if you apply oil to it as a “heat protection” its actually gonna burn your hair more!!!! not sure if you were aware of that but its true! so i would js keep that in the back of your mind! anyway i love your videos girl and yeaaa just thought id tell you that!
