any softened creamy cheese, top with jam (i used pineapple cilantro lime made by my cousin in Florida. She owns Clearwater canning aka Vicki's Vittles). Top with tasty stuff (pine nuts, nuts, crunchy veges, capers, chopped pickles, cucumbers). Also use Texas Candy for a little crunchy heat. These appetizers are so satisfyingly great..

Made this for Christmas party and it was sooo good. It was gone! I’d recommend using 2 blocks of Boursin if you have a larger serving dish!
