it's giving I'm guilty of superior attitude but forgetting that those students are what pay your bills! I am a former instructor of Elite college of cosmetology in Lexington. TN and those students were treated horrible which is why I stepped down! DO BETTER

I had to have a conversation with the owner/ director of the school I went to because she yelled at me in front of the whole school and I had to inform her that I was a 33 year old mom and that she will never talk to me like that again. I had to tell her that not only am I not a child I’m not her child. She can talk to me with respect and like an adult or not talk to me at all!!!

I went to Paul Mitchell and graduated 2022. I have yet to go and take my license exam bc I’m so traumatized by my experience. I am slowly growing out of it . But the amount of bullying and disrespect I got from some Mentors and staff, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone else. I left learning basically nothing, and yes I asked for help but unless you were one of their favorite students they wouldn’t bother explaining anything to you, and if they did they would make it short and say it with an attitude
