I’m the lead technician at my pharmacy and I only make about $24. I feel that starting pay for a brand new, uncertified tech, should be like $20-$22. Getting certified and immunization certified should bring a tech close to or at $30 an hour

Indiana tech here! I have been a tech for 6 years, nationally certified and trained for vaccines! The most i’ve made personally is about $20/hr. $25 as the minimum would be great to see!

I’m uncertified right now, I make $17 which I think is good for me being uncertified. However, I get my certification in February and the company I’m with is only wanting to pay me $19 when that happens. I literally got offered a possible job to make $26 starting off somewhere else. So, I’m really considering.

I think all pharmacy techs should get a raise bc they are the heart and soul of pharmacy. They do so much and on top of that they have to deal with rude entitled Karen's all day long. They deserve to be treated with RESPECT!!!!!
